Product Description
ASB Pex Al Pex tubing is a five-layer composite pipe that combines the advantages of a metal and plastic pipe and eliminates the disadvantages of both materials at the same time. The aluminium core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into the pipe. It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and heat expansion with changes in temperature.
ASB Pex Al Pex tubing includes two types of design: Overlapped welded pipe is co-extruded with one step with perfect adhesive between the inner layer and aluminium, high and stable pressure resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic; Butt-welded pipe is moulding with several steps that are argon-arc welding style.

3. What colour of pipes can you do?
3.1 Usually for water pipes, inside transparent-outside white, inside transparent-outside red, inside orange-outside orange
3.2 Usually for gas pipes, inside black-outside yellow, inside transparent-outside yellow
4. What packing coils are you offering?
For small size pipes, 100m, 200m, 300m, 500m/coil
For big size pipes, 25m, 50m, 100m/coil
Also, we can do straight pipes, 4m/pc, 5m/pc
5. Which port is near your factory?
NINGBO PORT or SHANGHAI PORT
6. What's your Price Term?
Usually, we offer based FOB NINGBO, CHINA. We can also quote CIF per your request.
7. What's your Payment Term?
The popular one is a 30% deposit and the balance before shipping.
8. What's your Delivery Time?
It depends on your Items and Quantity while for example, we can ship 1-2 40HQ container of basic goods within one week.
9. If you can accept OEM processing?
Yes, we can do OEM and both ODM
