Product Description
producing standard according : ISO 4437/ AS/ NZS 4130/ BS EN 1555/ SANS 8085 standard HDPE yellow and black pipes with red strips for natural gas piping, which has past CE certificats and ISO 9001 quality management system certificates, related HDPE fittings are provided.

2.Pressure Rating: PE:80: SDR11- PN 4 bar, SDR17-PN 2 bar; PE100: SDR11- PN 10 bar, SDR17-PN 6 bar.

PE natural gas pipeline polyethylene is an inert material that can withstand erosion from various chemical media, except for a few strong oxidants. No electrochemical corrosion, no need for anti-corrosion coating, no need to worry about gas corrosion leakage.
(2) Sealing performance
PE natural gas pipelines mainly adopt fusion connection (hot melt connection or electric fusion connection), achieving integration of joints and pipes. The tensile strength and burst strength of its interface are higher than those of the pipe body, ensuring the safety of the entire pipeline system.
(3) Cracking resistance
PE gas pipelines are made of high-quality imported raw materials and have been tested by international authoritative institutions, demonstrating excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking.
(4) Flexibility performance
The fracture elongation of PE gas pipelines generally exceeds 500%, and they have a strong adaptability to uneven settlement of the pipeline foundation, making them a pipeline with excellent seismic performance.
(5) Scratch resistance
Scratches can easily cause stress concentration in pipelines, leading to pipeline damage. PE gas pipelines have excellent scratch resistance.
(6) Flexible
PE pipes can be easily made into coils, supplied in longer lengths to save various connecting fittings.
(7) Long service life
PE gas pipelines can have a service life of over 50 years under normal working conditions.

Our Factory
In order to build a modern factory, we invest in a series of professional mechanical equipment. The annual output amounts to 30000 tons, which can fill up 3000 containers.
The excellent machinery and consummate management system can reduce cost, shorten delivery time and ensure the quality of every product.
Q1: May I get one sample before placing order?
A: Yes, Sample are available. For normal products, samples are for free and you just need to bear the freight; For those high value products, you just need to freight and certain product cost. When we both cooperate for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.
Q2: Which payment is available for your company?
A: T/T, L/C or Ali trade insurance. You can choose the one which is convenient for you.
Q3: How and when can I get my goods after payment?
A: For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Usually it will cost 3-5days that you can get the goods after delivery. For large quantity products,shipping by see is worthwhile.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on where the port is.
Q4: Is there any possible to use my appointed label or package?
A: Yes. If needed, we'd like to use label or package according to your requirement.
